Returns & Exchanges

Making a return or exchange is easy.

If you'd like to return an order, you need to complete the Return Form with the products you intend to return by selecting whether you want a refund or exchange. Please make sure the Return Form is filled out and placed in your returns package. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

If you require an exchange, then please make sure you include the code of the product, size and colour you would like on your returns form. All exchanges are based on stock availability.

After completing the Return Form, you need to send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

The only taxes that will be covered by you will be the Returns taxes, the New delivery with a replaced product will be free of charge.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all NISSA tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Please email shop@nissa.ro if any of your purchases have been delivered without NISSA tags.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on NISSA. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

Important Information

• All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
• Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
• We prefer that items are returned to us via TNT service to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit or you can choose another courier company, no POST.
